PLEASE READ, WARNING: Everyone knows me in the exotic industry. I started my own exotic car rental business 5 years ago in Denver all by myself. I was excited to get into the Vegas market until it ended all wrong with VLR. These guys took advantage of me and stole a ton of money. I’ve also been a customer of Vegas Luxury Rides and rented many vehicles from them in the past. I own three exotic vehicles (Red Lamborghini Huracan, Blue BMW i8, White Corvette ZO6) which I handed over to VLR to manage and rent my cars since I live in Colorado and can’t use them over the winter. They were supposed to pay me every month and provide financial statements, but they didn’t pay me for five months and I still haven’t collected any payments from them! The owner never returned any of my phone calls and refused to communicate with me. I had to fly to Las Vegas to REPO all my cars and the owner was nowhere to be found and refused to meet with me. Customers who were renting the vehicles at the time were forced to return the vehicles. This could have potentially been dangerous to those customers in that situation. I would highly recommend doing business with another company. On the surface Vegas Luxury Rides may look like a legitimate business, but they are ripping off private owners in the background. I was scammed. Thousands and thousands of miles were put on my cars and I took a huge financial hit with all the wear-and-tear. I would take extreme caution if you rent one of their cars as it may belong to someone else who is not getting paid. If you own an exotic car and are considering giving it to VLR to rent, you’re going to be in a huge mess.
Used these guys for my recent trip out to Vegas – loved driving around in a Lambo for the weekend! Super smooth process.
